What actually happens at a fitting
It takes about 20 minutes. There’s no appointment fee and nothing to sign.
- We ask about your back. Where it hurts, how you sleep, what you’re on now and what’s wrong with it.
- You lie on three firmnesses. Properly — shoes off, five minutes each, in your actual sleeping position. Most people are surprised by which one wins.
- We tell you what we’d recommend. Sometimes that’s the Ultimate. Sometimes it’s a cheaper mattress. Sometimes it’s that your mattress is fine and your pillow isn’t.
You can walk out and think about it. Plenty of people do, and the 200 nights start whenever you’re ready.

Can I try it before I buy?
Yes — that’s what the Deepdene showroom is for. No appointment needed, though calling ahead means someone’s free when you arrive.
What if I pick the wrong firmness?
You have 200 nights. If it isn’t right, we’ll sort it out. It’s still worth two minutes on the phone first — getting it right the first time beats swapping later.
Will it fit my existing base?
Usually. Send us a photo or the measurements and we’ll tell you before you order.
How long is delivery?
Free across Melbourne metro. Call for a current lead time on your size and firmness — it varies.
Is it covered under NDIS?
We’re a registered NDIS provider. Call and we’ll talk through how it works for your plan.
Do I have to buy on the day?
No. Most people don’t. Come in, lie on it, go away and think about it.
